Red Rock is a private investment company that Co GP's with some of the best operators in commercial real estate bringing attractive opportunities to investors. We focus on due diligence, research, educating investors, asset management, and being their direct liaison through the life of the investment. Red Rock helps accredited investors grow and maintain their wealth passively through exclusive multifamily and commercial real estate investments. Investors benefit from value add execution, forced appreciation, cash out refinances, distributions, and ultimately equity upon asset exits.

Shane Connor is the founder and principal of Red Rock Capital Group, which provides investors opportunity in commercial assets including: Multifamily, Self Storage, Mobile Home and Senior Living. He has been involved in the acquisition of over 1000 units as both an LP and GP, with a portfolio valuing over 100MM worth of shared assets.
Shane started his career in private equity directly out of college, where he gained firsthand experience with pooled capital and the benefits of private investing. He went on to lead a successful career within professional services selling and building out national programs to the Fortune 50.
Today he is involved in the successful endeavors of a few enterprises spanning real estate, healthcare, and Fintech.
Shane holds a B.S. in Finance from King's College and a Master’s in Business and Health Administration from The University of Scranton

David has strong experiences in real estate investing in both domestic and international projects covering single-family, multi-family and land development. He earned his MBA in finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree from Arizona State University. David spent over 20 years in high-tech management positions at Dell, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies. At Lucent he managed a $2.5B investment portfolio and raised over $1B in funds for acquisitions.
After leaving the corporate world, David started Thompson Investing and has raised significant private equity capital. He helped provide investor funds to strategic partners like Ashcroft Capital and CoveMark to purchase over 1750 apartment units in 7 separate communities worth over $160M, as well as self-storage and mobile home park funds.
David prides himself on building long-term relationships with investors and partners while providing a great customer experience. Dave has lived in Austin, Texas for twenty years with his wife and has two daughters.
