Shane Connor is the founder and principal of Red Rock Capital Group, which provides investors opportunity in commercial assets including: Multifamily, Self Storage, Mobile Home and Senior Living. He has been involved in the acquisition of over 1000 units as both an LP and GP, with a portfolio valuing over 100MM worth of shared assets.
Shane started his career in private equity directly out of college, where he gained firsthand experience with pooled capital and the benefits of private investing. He went on to lead a successful career within professional services selling and building out national programs to the Fortune 50. Today he is involved in the successful endeavors of a few enterprises spanning real estate, healthcare, and investment banking.

David has strong experiences in real estate investing in both domestic and international projects covering single-family, multi-family and land development. He earned his MBA in finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree from Arizona State University. David spent over 20 years in high-tech management positions at Dell, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies. At Lucent he managed a $2.5B investment portfolio and raised over $1B in funds for acquisitions.
After leaving the corporate world, David started Thompson Investing and has raised significant private equity capital. He helped provide investor funds to strategic partners like Ashcroft Capital and CoveMark to purchase over 1750 apartment units in 7 separate communities worth over $160M, as well as self-storage and mobile home park funds.
David prides himself on building long-term relationships with investors and partners while providing a great customer experience. Dave has lived in Austin, Texas for twenty years with his wife and has two daughters.

Tony has a unique understanding of the senior care industry, working at every level in the senior care continuum during his 25 year career. He has led departments, buildings and operations across the senior healthcare continuum and including senior living and home care. Tony believes that the key to help seniors achieve great outcomes is to build strong network of professionals focused on each individuals senior care. Then, give those professionals the technology and tools to help their senior clients achieve quality of life after a life changing illness. As Chief Executive Officer, Tony and his team are putting together ACM Senior Living, LLC with the goal of managing 3000+ units over the next three years.
Tony also serves on the Senior Living Investment Committee at Airmed Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Fischer received his BAA from Central Michigan University.
